My bestie since the 3rd grade turns 30 today!
(Yes it's a double whammy with Curtis on the same day!)

To your left you'll notice a pretty cool symbol we had come up with when we were likely around the age of 11 or 12.  I can't remember if I have all the letters correct but the V and upside down V are for Vero, my LB, LS is for Lip Stick I think Vero was the stick and she was a skinny child and I never shut up. And the SS I'm not sure if those are right because it would have been a complete plagerism of my sister and her bestie for Sweet and Sour. (Do teens still do this? lol)  Anywho I think it's hilarious and obvsiouly after 20 years I still remember it so it must have had some kind of impact on me!

Just like with Melina, I have a gazillion inside jokes and stories I could reminisce about but I'll save it for the party on Friday, that way I can use my wicked awesome acting skills!

This handsome fella, also known as Bear, Poppop, Curtie-Pie and C-Mac is the known for his hilarity, fashion sense, and mad rapping skilz. (And I'm actually serious!)

Hope you're having a greart trip, eating lots of Breakfast Clubs, Garlic Fingers, Steak Burgers, Pizza subs and all those other deliciously weird things you guys eat up there!

I love him and miss him and can't wait to celebrate when he gets back!

I've known this beauty for 20 of her now 30 years and she hasn't changed a bit!

There are so many funny things I could say right now but then they're likely to be inside jokes and well we've been told a gazillion times how rude that is! (sorry girls!)

I will say this though, you can't meet Melina and not like her. She's the best friend a girl could have and I'm so blessed that we stayed so close :)


Well Min, we witnessed the miracle of life together 20 yrs ago in the cow champs!! Here's to more miracles for the next 20 years :) xo

Happy 30th Birthday to my Bestest friend Ever.... Ms Samantha Wild!!!

This lovely lady and I have been friends since my first day of High School in Physical Science Class! I had just left Mr. Di's geography class balling my eyes out but Sam was at my rescue with pen, paper and a years worth of notes! It was on that same day I noticed her very nice penmenship that I have been trying to duplicate to this very day!

Samantha is the best friend a girl can have.  She's loyal, caring and extremely generous. She also has the same size shoe give or take and that's really important :) 

Should you have had the misfortune of embarassing yourself in front of her, well I don't have to tell you, you're probably still being laughed at!! But that's what I miss the most, even if it's something stupid I did, I miss laughing with my Sam. :(

At least I know she's being taken  care of... seeing as she's dating the man of OUR dreams! lol.  Sammy I hope you get spoiled today and I predict a very good year with new dreams coming true for you. Also you have Bella now so everything is 10x better with her :)

Hey girl, I just saw on facebook that its also your birthday, and if I remember correctly you and your beau share the same day! So happy birthday to you both and I hope you both spoil each other... or at the very least that you get spoiled!! lol. 

Shayla is a Canada Council "alumna" and is recently married to another Canada Council "alumnus" :) 
However, both have left Council for greener pastures and we wish them continued success and happiness in their careers... blah blah blah

Happy Dirty Thirty Bella!!

For those of you who don't know this purdy lady, she had the pleasure of being my roommate while we were in college in Miami!!  Now I know people are expecting wild stories of our over-priveledged youth, but truth is we were both really good girls....and what happens on Brickell Bay stays on Brickell Bay!! lol.

Kimme lives in Bermuda, has her patutie son Jake, a handsome husband AND is a Dolphin Trainer!!! Serioulsy though, can it get any unfairer than that? lol. Just kidding!

I hope today is filled with fun & prezzies, in particular that Gucci Purse you've been coveting since June... that way when I come visit, I can borrow it!! lol. JK.

Yay Curtis!!

Congratulations to my Curtie Bear who went, fought and won against the evil coorporation that is Beaconhill Minto!

Last December they issued him a parking space and he used it for a week with no problems and then all of a sudden they decided to call the by law douches to give him a ticket? Then the next day they did it again. When Curtis went to inquire why, they said it was because he had to go back to his old spot but they didn't tell him and that's not their problem.

Anyways here we are now, 8 months later and even though it was annoying and long (for him) it was totally worth it. Both tickets were dissmissed and Minto loses a little more power. lol.

If my math is correct 4 years ago these two love birds got married and I was there to celebrate the special day! We could sit here and reminisce about my barely fitting into my bridesmaid dress and having to take an aquasize class and some other means of weight loss, but we'll just forget that and remember what a gorgeous day it was in the end!! lol.

They now have the patootiest boy ever, Jake and live in Bermuda (not Bermuda Ave!)  Hope Brian spoils you Kim!! Ie a certain Gucci purse you discreetly hinted to!! lol  xoxo
