I know what you're thinking
And you're right... I totally need an area rug now.
As you can see, the Brick came through and delivered
the couches as promised between the hours of 2-5 yesterday. And when I say between 2-5pm, I literally mean 5 to 5pm. Anywho a Bubbles look/ sound alike came up to see the old couch, asked me what was wrong with it, it looks totally fine... Are you kidding me right now? If you don't like my answer are you going to refuse to bring up my new sofa's? Are we on that undercover boss show or something?
Anyways after some hooing and hawing they took the old couch and ottoman :(
My big plan of hiding it and the side chair didn't pan out... but it's totally fine because I love love love my new sofa's and love the fact that I will never ever have to deal with these people ever again so help me jah!

Seafoam is Sofa King Awesome
Thanks for your votes!
But I coulnd't wait a few days, I called the Brick last night and exchanged my Preston for the Seafoam. I'm really psyched about the switch and love the fact that if I hate the couches in a year from now I have you 7 to blame!
I'm just kidding, I love them too, I wouldn't have exchanged them otherwise. I just have to think outside the box for decorating ideas for the future. I'm leaning towards a touch of Orange and Grey in the futre abode. Until then, my current place is going to be girlie girl overkill. With purple walls and jazzy wallpaper, glitzy lamps and frilly pillows all I need is an ovulation calendar and tampon dispenser and I'd have the biggest man repellent the likes of this world has ever seen. Looks like we'll be hanging out in Curtis' man cave for awhile ;)
Delivery is this Saturday so I will for shiz post pics once I figure out how and where everything is going to go.

Sofa King Amazing!!!
So Curtis and I went to meet store manager Ken Thrasher at the Brick last night. We were pretty shocked to see that he was normal and our age-ish... well more Curt's age, as I'm a whole 5 years younger... But I digress.
Anyways I got the deal of a lifetime! Curtis and I sat on one of my selections while the guys were crunching numbers and came up with our own deals. Saying we won't accept anything under this, or if they come back with this amt I'm going to laugh in their faces...etc. Well we totally wasted our time because they came back with a really solid offer, I'm basically getting both couches for the price of one and I think I'm actually making money off this.
Here's the dilemma though, because you know there gotta be a dilemma in all this... I had two couch selections. One is that Preston collection I posted a while back... I'll repost below, and the other is I think the Cindy Crawford Aqua couches that have been there for a while but I still really like them and they're mega comfortable. Curtis preffered them as well but last night I only had eyes for Preston and this morning I can't seem to figure out why I would purposefully miss the opportunity to own seafoam colored sofa's with the hub's approval? Has my love for Preston skewed my perception?
I have a few days where I can change my mind... I'm creating a voting botton on the side bar and leaving it in the hands of you 5 loyal readers and you, the German and Nordic peeps that keep google imaging Swing Kids and landing on my blog for some reason. Chose wisely folks, the fate of my living room lies in your hands!
